Youth Coaching

Possibilities offers 1:1 and small group coaching for children and teenagers. Following the pandemic many children and teenagers are facing different challenges to previous generations.

Processing their experiences, relationships, emotions and thoughts can be difficult on their own.

Coaching offers a time and space to be listened to, to question, to reflect and to learn more about themselves and the world around them.

I am fully insured, hold an Enhanced DBS and abide by the EMCC Code of Ethics.

Each group coaching programme is offered for both Tweens and Teenagers. The group coaching process offers Tweens and Teenagers time to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space. The programs look to offer an experience that permits a greater understanding of who they are, a focus on their strengths, talents and self belief, skills to develop their self reflection. ​

A 6 week creative educational coaching programme using drawing, doodling and collage to develop self reflective practice through positive psychology interventions. Looking to develop clarity, challenge thinking and reframe relationships to their anxious self.
